Name Content Consistency

One of the most fundamental ideas of the wiki culture is that the name of a page and its content should fit together, should be as consistent as possible.

This also means that only one topic should exist on one page. If a page or discussion spreads into different directions - and if there is enough substance to justify new pages - then these pages should be created.
